PURPOSE: A stator insulator of a brushless motor is provided to improve the efficiency of a motor by winding a coil in a groove of the insulator according to a structure pattern for improving a space factor. CONSTITUTION: A pair of insulators(135) are mounted on both sides of an iron core(133) in a longitudinal direction. A first flange(133F) and a first wave(133W) are formed on the iron core. A second wave(135W) is formed on the insulator. A coil is wound around the second wave of the insulator. The coil is inserted into a groove(135H) on the edge of the second wave and is wound.
