PURPOSE: A grommet for fixing a cable of a car is provided to prevent a grommet from becoming separated from the through hole of a panel since even if the path or the vibration of a cable is suddenly changed, the shape of a stretching part is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A grommet(50) for fixing a cable of a car comprises a stretching part(10), a support unit(20), a cable fixing part(30) and a plurality of ribs(40). The stretching part comprises a stretching hole(11) to be coupled to the through hole(31) of a panel in a compressed state. The support unit is integrally formed on the end of the stretching part so that the support unit is not separated when the stretching part is coupled to the through hole. The cable fixing part is integrally protruded from the central part of the stretching groove of the stretching part and from the central part of its opposite side.
