<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge capable of largely changing circumferential speed of one of a first rotating body and a second rotating body without changing that of the other, and reducing degree of wear of a gear part for transmitting driving force to a first driving gear and a second driving gear. <P>SOLUTION: An input gear 70 is arranged on the outside of a side wall 36 on a left side in a developing housing 10. The input gear 70 has a large-diameter gear part 75 and a small-diameter gear part 76 in this order from the side of the side wall 36.
