PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detector of high reliability constituted so as to prevent the falling of fine powder from a filter to suppress a change in the output characteristics of a gas sensor. SOLUTION: The filter 50 consisting of activated carbon having a diametric dimension equal to the inner diameter of a cap 40 is arranged to the deep part in the cap 40, and a stretched continuous porous sheet 60 consisting of PTFE is arranged so as to seal the filter 50. By this constitution, the falling of the fine powder from the filter is prevented to suppress a change in the output characteristics of the gas sensor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
