摘要

PURPOSE: A primer set for screening cytoplasmic male sterility genotype of Brassicaceae family is provided to enhance efficiency of seed collection and to lower breeding cost. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for screening cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) genotype in Brassicaceae family contains a nucleotide set of sequence numbers 2 and 3. The Brassicaceae family is Chinese cabbage, brassica rapa, Brassica juncea Cosson, Brassica campestris, or broccoli. The CMS genotype is SNU-3 CMS of sequence number 1. A kit for screening CMS genotype contains the primer and reagent for amplification.
