PURPOSE: A wrapping apparatus is provided to use conveniently by packing with a wrap automatically without complicated work, and to pack quickly by reducing in volume and arranging various components organically. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping apparatus comprises: an elevator unit(100) ascending and descending a package tray in a square frame(2); and a wrapping unit packing the package tray and contents by releasing a wrap(1). The wrapping unit comprises: a wrap cutter device releasing a wrap in the appointed quantity and cutting off, and controlling the center of the package tray and the wrap; and a wrapping device covering the top of the package tray with a wrap cover, and folding and packing the corner of the wrap on the backside of the tray.
