PLASMID DNA COMPOSITION FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preparing and isolating high purity plasmid DNA.

SOLUTION: There is provided a device used in dissolving cells, comprising a turbulent flow means (B1a) for quickly mixing a cell suspension liquid (solution 1) with a solution (solution 2) for dissolving cells and a laminar flow means (B1b) for culturing a mixture liquid formed by the turbulent flow means and flown in from the turbulent flow means practically without agitation. Further, a means (M2) for adding a solution (solution 3) for neutralizing the mixture liquid is equipped so that the mixture liquid cultured in the laminar flow means flows in a means for adding the solution 3 from the laminar flow means.
