<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally perform recovery processing of a process including even recovery of a shared resource at an failure end of the process. <P>SOLUTION: An operating system 1 includes a load target file 121 that is a load target of the process 12, and a recovery processing execution part 30. The load target file 121 has recovery processing information 1211 including position information disposed with a recovery command file 42 wherein the recovery processing executed at a process 12 end is described. The recovery processing execution part 30 obtains the load target file 121 loaded in the ended process 12 when detecting the end of the process 12, and obtains the recovery command file 42 in reference to the position information 1211 inside the obtained load target file 121.
