PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that expresses a high-entertainment game device.

SOLUTION: A game device 10 includes: a communication part 32 that communicates with other game devices participating in a game; a field table 60 that stores each area corresponding to player's game device to which the area is assigned when a game field is divided into areas equivalent to the number of game devices participating in the game; a terrestrial character control part 44 or aquatic character control part 45 that generates a character when a predetermined condition is satisfied with the game field, refers to the field table, and makes the generated character a character belonging to the game device of the player to whom the area of the game field where the character is generated is assigned; a battle control part 47 that controls a battle between the character and an enemy character; and a game control part 41 that gives a benefit to the game device the character belongs to when the character beats down the enemy character.
