PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding-type rice transplanter ensuring land-leveling work to be conducted accurately by subjecting a land-leveling rotor, especially a center rotor, to lift control according to the variations in vehicle speed to prevent the rotor from being got into the ground. SOLUTION: The riding-type rice transplanter includes a land-leveling rotor (27) including a front center rotor (27b) and a rear side rotor (27a) and functioning to level the surface of a farm just before planting, on the front side of a seedling planting portion (4), wherein the land-leveling rotor (27) is vertically movably constructed according to the variation in vehicle speed, and also associatedly constructed so as to put the front center rotor to rising displacement as the vehicle speed increases at a predetermined rate or greater.
