PURPOSE: A method for broadcasting service using a mobile communication network and a system thereof are provided to reduce the required SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) by preventing fading in transmitting broadcasting contents, and increase service coverage by increasing transmission gain. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting server(30) encodes, multiplexes, and scrambles broadcasting contents to transmit the broadcasting contents to a mobile communication system(20). The mobile communication system(20) wirelessly transmits the broadcasting data received from the broadcasting server(30) to the outside through a diversity. The broadcasting data is received by a mobile communication terminal(10) loading a client program(13) for viewing broadcasting information, so that the broadcasting data is regenerated.
