PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overlapping peaks in frequency spectrums which are adjusted in diffusion by frequency diffusion, and ensure an EMI reduction effect when frequency extension modulation is performed for a plurality of electronic devices. SOLUTION: A clock signal control device has a clock signal generator which generates a clock signal of a predetermined frequency, frequency diffusion modulators which perform diffusion modulation for the clock signal generated by the clock signal generator, and a modulation type configuration controller which controls a modulation type configuration of diffusion modulation that is performed by the frequency diffusion modulator. The frequency diffusion modulator selects and configures a modulation type from a plurality of modulation types under control of the modulation type configuration controller, and performs diffusion modulation for the clock signal based on the configured modulation type. The plurality of frequency diffusion modulators perform frequency diffusion at different modulation types so that peaks of frequency spectrums diffusion adjusted by frequency diffusion are not overlapped.
