PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose member that eliminates a storage bottle for storing a sealant, and a sealing/pump-up device. SOLUTION: A sealant 32 slightly larger than the defined amount according to the types and sizes or the like of tires to be repaired is stored inside a hose 16 provided to a sealing/pump-up device 10. Both-end sides of the hose 16 are respectively provided with a one-end side seal member 46 and the other-end side seal member 48 each for sealing the sealant 32 stored inside the hose. In this manner, the sealant 32 is stored inside the hose 16 in which both-end sides are sealed with the one-end side seal member 46 and the other-end side seal member 48, thereby eliminating a storage bottle for storing the sealant 32.
