PURPOSE: A producing method of green tea powder is provided to improve the yield of a green tea powdering process and to enable a user to easily drink green tea by mixing the powder with water. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of green tea powder comprises the following steps: extracting green tea leaves to obtain a green tea extract; decompress-concentrating the green tea extract and collecting the green tea flavor; freeze-drying the green tea extract; and mixing the freeze-dried green tea extract with the obtained green tea flavor.
