PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a substrate operating system. SOLUTION: This substrate operating system includes a plurality of working devices 12 for substrates that perform scheduled operations for circuit boards on circuit boards that support circuit components to constitute electronic circuits. In the system, at least one of the plurality of working devices for substrates is used as a movable device movable along a device track that extends in a direction intersecting with a transfer direction of circuit boards.
