PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a high-frequency apparatus having different specifications by using a common circuit board and a frame body. SOLUTION: The high-frequency apparatus includes a circuit board 32, and each of a first conductor part 34 and a second conductor part 36 of the circuit board 32 is connected to a nearer one out of a first coaxial connector 24 and a second coaxial connector 26. A frame body 18 has a shape permitting a first arrangement where a first surface of the circuit board 32 is arranged to face a first cover and a second arrangement where a second surface of the circuit board 32 is arranged inside the frame body 18 to face the first cover. An intermediate point between the first coaxial connector 24 and the second coaxial connector 26 and an intermediate point between the first conductor part 34 and the second conductor part 36 are each located at the center in the longitudinal direction of a side face of the frame body 18.
