PURPOSE: A heat insulation material for a panel is provided to improve the inner quality of a panel by uniformly keeping the inside the panel warm and to prevent the outer surface of the panel from being deteriorated. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation material for a panel comprises a heat retaining material(200), a cutoff member(100), and a coupling member(300). The heat retaining material is made of a flame-resistant material and covers the outer surface of a panel. The cutoff member is coupled to the panel and cuts off external air and comprises an elastic unit, a metal unit, and an adhering unit. The coupling member is formed in the bottom of the heat insulating material and couples the heat retaining material to the panel.
