PURPOSE: A pillow top mattress and a bed mattress using the same are provided to improve supporting force and weakness of the pillow top mattress. CONSTITUTION: A bed mattress comprises: a main mattress(110) which is manufactured by sealing a spring assembly and a cushion member using a cover member; and a pillow top mattress(120) which is fixed to the upper part of the main mattress. The pillow top mattress comprises: a pillow top main body; a frame member for supporting the girth which is arranged along the edge portion of the pillow top main body; a circumference portion which is formed along the circumference of a frame structure; and a bottom part in which the pillow top main body is laminated on the upper part thereof.
