PURPOSE: A weather resistant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent color, impact resistance, and strippability by comprising (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester polymers and aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymers. CONSTITUTION: A weather resistant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5~35 weight% of dispersed phase (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester polymers and (B) 65~95 weight% of continuous phase aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymers. The (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester polymer is prepared by polymerizing a mixture containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, a (meth)acrylic acid glycidyl ester compound, and a compound having two or more carboxyl groups or a compound having two or more hydroxyl groups.
