<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a switching element from being broken by a reverse recovery current. <P>SOLUTION: A reverse recovery current preventing device 2 includes a full-wave rectification unit 21, first and second diodes D22, D23, a switching element 24, and a switching element control unit 30. The full-wave rectification unit 21 rectifies a supply voltage Vac from an alternating-current power source 10 inputted to first and second input terminals s2, t2. The anode terminals of the first and second diodes D22, D23 are respectively connected to the first and second input terminals s2, t2 of the full-wave rectification unit 21. The switching element 24 electrically opens or short-circuits the path between the respective cathode terminals s3, t3 of the first and second diodes D22, D23 and the negative output terminals of the full-wave rectification unit 21. When the voltage between the cathode terminals s3, t3 and the negative output terminals is equal to or higher than a threshold value, the switching element control unit 30 prohibits the switching element 24 from short-circuiting between the cathode terminals s3, t3 and the negative output terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
