<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily receive a delivery status information providing service. <P>SOLUTION: A memory part 102 stores phonebook information. A control part 103 extracts delivery destination information for specifying a delivery destination of a package from the phonebook information. A communication part 101 transmits the delivery destination information extracted by the control part 103, and receives a package number corresponding to the delivery destination information and linked information where the delivery status of the package can be inspected. A mail composing part 104 composes a message of an electronic mail to transmit the package number and linked information, where the delivery status can be inspected, received by the communication part 101 to the delivery destination.
