PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to enjoy two kinds of foam layers having different textures in bath apparatus. SOLUTION: In the bath apparatus permitting the bathwater surface Ba of a bathtub 3 to be covered with a foam layer including a foaming agent, the foam layer is separated into a fine bubble layer D made of fine bubbles d and a microfine bubble layer E made up of microfine bubbles e smaller in bubble size than the fine bubbles d.
