PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing eddy current loss produced by a magnetic flux crossing a lamination interface of magnetic plates in an armature core adopting an armature core formed by laminating multiple magnetic plates. SOLUTION: A back yoke 26 includes a first part 34 extended in the circumferential direction C with the rotation axis Q taken as the center, second parts 36 protruded from the first part 34 toward the rotation axis Q at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction C so that their widths are gradually reduced, and third parts 38 protruded at the ends of the second parts 36 on the rotation axis Q side in the circumferential direction C. The back yoke is also brought into contact with and magnetically coupled to armature core burying portions 24b on both sides of each second part 36 in the circumferential direction C on the opposite side to the rotation axis Q in the radial direction R of each third part 38.
