PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal sound generation-preventing material capable of inhibiting the generation of the abnormal sound effectively even if abrasion powder is generated, and also adhesion-fixing an adhesive. SOLUTION: This abnormal sound generation-preventing material includes a non-woven fabric partially covered with a fluorine-based resin-containing resin.
