<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating apparatus equipped with an operation commanding means, which outputs an operation command to on-vehicle equipment, based on a hand movement of a user, in which an operation procedure is easy to understand, an erroneous operation due to a user's misrecognition is also effectively prevented, even a determination logic in the operation commanding means is simplified, and add-ons become easily optional. <P>SOLUTION: The operating apparatus includes: an imaging means CA for imaging a plurality of mark members M1 to M7 provided in mounting members 2 and 3 in a vehicle; a determining means C1 for determining whether the mark members M1 to M7 are hidden, for every mark member individually, based on the imaging data output from the imaging means CA; and an operation commanding means C2 for outputting an operation command to on-vehicle equipment AU, DVD, or CN, based on a determination result by the determining means C1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
