PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acceleration performance and turning behavior performance of a vehicle, in cooperative control of a sideslip prevention device and a traction control device. SOLUTION: A cooperative control means which cooperatively controls a sideslip prevention device VSA and a traction control device TCS calculates the slip amount of driving wheels WRR and WRL by comparing the wheel speeds of driving wheels WRR and WRL with a vehicle speed, and when the slip amount is equal to or more than a threshold, actuates the traction control device TCS prior to the sideslip prevention device VSA. Thus, it is possible to increase the controllability of turning behavior control by eliminating an excessive slip state in the traction control device TCS, first. When the slip amount is equal to or more than the threshold, the operation control means actuates the sideslip prevention device VSA prior to the traction control device TCS, thereby stabilizing the turning behavior by the sideslip prevention device while maximizing the accelerating performance of the vehicle.
