PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having more sufficient conductivity as compared with conventional ones and a method of manufacturing the conductive film. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a conductive film that has a second conductive layer having a thin line metal pattern and a first conductive layer containing conductive wires, the conductive film has a contact part within a 3μm square region of the first conductive layer, wherein ten or more intersections where the conductive wires make contact with each other exist in the contact part, the conductive wires in the first conductive layer make contact with the thin line metal pattern in the second conductive layer, and a first conductive layer coating liquid containing the conductive wires is applied at a coating speed of 40-60 m/s to form the first conductive layer.
