PURPOSE: A mobile harbor is provided to reduce the construction costs of the mobile harbor by remodeling an ultra large crude oil carrier. CONSTITUTION: A mobile harbor(100) comprises a hull(110), rails(120), and girders(131). The hull is formed using a single oil carrier. The rails are installed on the deck of the hull to be extended in a longitudinal direction. The girders are movably installed in the rails and are extended in a horizontal direction to carry containers using a container ship moored at one side of the hull and a shuttle moored at the other side of the hull.
