PURPOSE: A grommet for blocking noise is provided to enhance waterproof and soundproof properties by blocking noise and fluid since a first pad and a support frame are coupled to the stretching groove of a body and second and third pads are coupled to the coupling groove of the support frame. CONSTITUTION: A grommet(100) for blocking noise comprises a body, first to third pads(40,60,70) and a support frame(50). The body consists of a stretching part(10), a support unit(20) and a cable fixing part(30). A stretching groove(11) is formed on one surface of the stretching part so that the stretching part is coupled to the through hole(31) of a panel in a compressed state. The support unit is integrally formed on the end of the stretching part so that the support unit is not separated when the stretching part is coupled to the through hole. The cable fixing part is integrally protruded from the central part of the stretching groove of the stretching part and from the central part of its opposite side.
