发明名称 METHOD FOR ESTIMATING CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF BINDER IN CEMENT-BASED HARDENED BODY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method easily estimating a chemical composition of an entire binder with a high accuracy, even in a cement-based hardened body which may contain admixture materials such as fly ashes, silica fume, and an aggregate consisting of limestones. SOLUTION: The method for estimating the chemical composition of the binder in the cement-based hardened body includes the steps of: (A) dividing a two-dimensional region properly defined in the cement-based hardened body pixel by pixel and analyzing the chemical composition for each pixel with an electron beam microanalyzer; (B) selecting a pixel group corresponding to the binder on the basis of a specific threshold value from among pixels in the two-dimensional region according to analytical results obtained in Step (A); and (C) obtaining an estimation value of the chemical composition of the binder in the cement-based hardened body by calculating an average value of the chemical composition of the pixels belonging to the pixel group corresponding to the binder, obtained in Step (B).
