PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield plate structure of a vehicle having a good heat shield efficiency. SOLUTION: A catalyst heat shield plate 11 is provided between a catalyst converter 10 and transmission control cables 23, 23, a wire harness member 24 and a sensor device 25. The guide part 11c of the catalyst heat shield plate 11 guides the air flow passing above the upper surface 6a of a transmission 6 to the periphery of the sensor device 25 and between the guide part 11c and guide surfaces 28a, 28b, and leads the air flow to the rear side of the vehicle. The air flow abuts the transmission control cables 23, 23 positioned on the lower surface side 14a of a floor tunnel part 14, thereby preventing the temperature rise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
