PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light efficiency by increasing a light path in a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An organic film is formed on a substrate(101) with a shape of a plurality of micro lenses(122). A first electrode(104) is formed along an organic film(102) and is composed of nano wires(114). A semiconductor layer(106) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on the semiconductor layer. |
