PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrodeless fluorescent lamp suppressing flux deterioration of an electrodeless fluorescent lamp and enhancing the efficiency of the lamp. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the electrodeless fluorescent lamp provided with a bulb body, a cavity forming part to be joined with the bulb body, a protective film for protecting a bulb, a phosphor film for converting an ultraviolet beam into a visible light, and an exhausting fine tube arranged in the cavity forming part comprises a first step (S1) for forming the bulb body and the cavity forming part, a second step (S2) for coating the protective film and the phosphor film on the bulb body and the cavity forming part, a third step (S3) for calcining the phosphor film at a high temperature, a fourth step (S4) for joining the bulb body and the cavity forming part to form the bulb, a fifth step (S5) for vacuum-exhausting the inside of the bulb at a high temperature, a sixth step (S6) for generating plasma in the bulb with an inert gas enclosed to carry out vacuum-exhausting, a seventh step (S7) for enclosing an inert gas and mercury in the bulb, and an eighth step (S8) for sealing the exhausting fine tube.
