PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device determining a logically defective position detected as a failure when an optical disk has a defect. SOLUTION: The optical disk device includes: a front correction setting part 13 setting a front correction amountα1 for correcting a front side of a physical defect detected by a servo part 12; a signal adder 14 adding the front correction amountα1; a rear correction setting part 15 setting and adding a rear correction amountα2 for correcting a rear side of the physical defect; a corrected physical defect gate part 16 forming a corrected physical defect gate signal RDG; first and second counters 25 and 26 forming logical addresses from a synchronization start signal SS and synchronization end signal SE; and a register 30 storing a logical defect gate LDG including the corrected physical defect gate part RDG from logical addresses from the counters.
