PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure and the method for producing the same, wherein, even though the structure and the production method are simple, the stress generated on a base material is relieved and the destruction of a base material is prevented, while sufficient durability for being used under a high-temperature environment is provided. SOLUTION: The electrode structure includes: a ceramic base material 10; an sprayed electrode layer 30 including Ni- or Co-based metal material; and a porous body including at least one of metal materials of Ni, Cr or Co; wherein an intermediate sprayed layer 20 is interposed between the ceramic base material and the sprayed electrode layer.
