PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a side airbag reducing a load applied on an occupant's chest. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the side airbag for attaching an airbag body 51 which expands toward a side portion of the occupant by gas discharged from an inflator 52 to a seat back frame 31 of a vehicle via a mounting bracket 6, a portion of the mounting bracket 6 which is positioned at approximately the same height as a chest area M1 of the occupant M is disposed at a rear side of an end portion 31a on a front side of the seat back frame 31.
