PURPOSE: A sludge heat exchanger is provided to heat-exchange high-temperature hot water and low-temperature sludge discharged from a boiler to thereby improve heat exchange efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A sludge heat exchanger includes a cylindrical body(10), first and second head units(12), hemispherical diaphragms(13,14). A first cylindrical perforated screen(15) is arranged inside the cylindrical body. A second cylindrical perforated screen is arranged inside the first cylindrical perforated screen. A third chamber is formed inside the second cylindrical perforated screen. A plurality of heat-exchange tubes(17) and a plurality of brush balls(18) are arranged in the second chamber. A first intake exhaust pipe(19) is connected to the cylindrical body. A second intake exhaust pipe(20) is connected to the second cylindrical perforated screen. A first movable member(21) is arranged inside the first head unit including the third intake exhaust pipe. A second movable member(22) is arranged inside the second head unit including the fourth intake exhaust pipe. The first movable member is connected to a first winch(25) through a second wire(24). The second movable member is connected to a second winch(27) through a third wire(26). |
