PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the tire cord with excellent adhesive force is provided to offer a lyocell raw cord controlling a long axis and a short axis of the raw cord to improve adhesive force of the tire cord. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing lyocell raw cord has following features. A difference between the long axis and the short axis of the raw cord controls a drawing tensility in the drawing of the raw cord, and the drawing tensility is 0.15-0.23. The tire cord with excellent adhesive force is manufactured by using the lyocell raw cord, has a good adhesive force with the rubber. The adhesive force of the tire cord is a range of 9~14kgf.
