PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent generation of a short circuit of first and second electrode plates through a plate by forming a plate with a metal material. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode plate(120) includes a planar external electrode(121) coated on a lower surface of a piezoelectric body(110), an internal electrode(122) coated between even-numbered layers of the piezoelectric body, and a lateral external electrode coated on one surface of the piezoelectric body to connect the planar external electrode with the internal electrode. A second electrode plates includes a planar external electrode coated on an upper surface of the piezoelectric body, an internal electrode coated between odd-numbered layers of the piezoelectric body, and a lateral external electrode coated on the other surface of the piezoelectric body to connect the planar external electrode with the internal electrode.
