PURPOSE: An external use skin composition for iontophoresis and a skin care method using the same are provided to improve skin adhesion and to ensure high transdermal absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for iontophoresis contains 0.1-0.5 weight% of hyaluronic acid, 0.3-0.7 weight% of anionic acrylate polymer tackifiers, 0.5-1.5 weight% of active ingredient, 0.1-0.8 weight% of solubilizing agent, 5-15 weight% of moisturizing agent, and remaining amount of water. The anionic acrylate polymer tackifier is an acrylate/vinyl isododecanoate cross polymer. The active ingredient contains an anti-wrinkling agent containing ascorbyl glucoside, kinetin, auxin, peptide, or alpha-hydroxylic acid, arbutin, ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, or ascorbyl acid-2-glucoside.
