PURPOSE: An overload control method and mobile switching server according to the type of a terminal are provided to control the overload of a mobile switching server by a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A message transceiving unit(112) receives an overload control message. The message transceiving unit transceives an add request message for the control of the overload. A control unit(114) controls the overload of a media gateway call resource based on the overload control message. The control unit forms the add request message according to a management result. |
