PURPOSE: A shared file management system and a method thereof are provided to improve the collaboration effect between users by assigning various attributes to a shared document. CONSTITUTION: A shared file manager(120) is connected to a wiki engine(110) which provides a UI(User Interface) and sets a user right and constraint conditions about a shared file to a file attribute description. A data manager(130) verifies the user right and the constraint conditions by the data input of a user based on the attribute description. The file attribute description comprises a file table, a data type table, and a data field table.
