PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling a steel process are provided to enable a user to conveniently set engine interface information and the structure of the transmitted and received contents through a screen system. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic setter(20) grasps and notifies engine interface information and the change matters of a data structure. A plurality of dynamic engines(30-60) changes an interface environment and the data structure of the information to be transmitted and received by reflecting the change matters of the data structure and the engine interface information. The plurality of dynamic engines transmit and receive measurement information and work information. A dynamic model engine produces a process control factor and supplies the process control factor to the dynamic engines. A data conversion engine converts the measurement information and work information to make the dynamic model engine recognize the information.
