PURPOSE: An electric heat exchange ventilation system is provided to simplify a structure for air conditioning, heating and ventilating the indoor and to make installation, operation and maintenance easy, to improve the efficiency of a system and to cut down the cost, and to use hot water when air conditioning and heating. CONSTITUTION: An electric heat exchange ventilation system contains: an air exhaust fan(110) letting indoor space in an air exhaust inlet(101) and exhausting compulsorily to the outside through an air exhaust outlet(102); an air supply fan(120) letting outdoor air in an air supply inlet(103) and exhausting compulsorily to the indoor through an air supply outlet(104); an electric heat exchanger(130) installed to a passage connecting the air exhaust inlet and the air exhaust outlet, and, a passage connecting the air supply inlet and the air supply outlet to heat-exchange the outdoor air and the indoor air flew in the air exhaust inlet and the air supply inlet; and a heat pump including a compressor(140) compressing a refrigerant at a high temperature and high pressure, a refrigerant changeover valve changing the circulating direction of the compressed refrigerant by air conditioning and heating, a condenser(160) installed to an air passage between the electric heat exchanger and the air exhaust fan and an evaporator(170) installed to an air passage between the electric heat exchanger and the air supply fan.
