PURPOSE: A high-frequency pneumatic solenoid valve is provided to remove instable elements in operation by reinforcing shape restoring force using elasticity of a diaphragm and heightening the movement efficiency of a plunger when a valve operates. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency pneumatic solenoid valve(100) comprises: a cap(10) having plural outflow ports(11) formed on the upper part, a valve room(14) formed on the lower part, and many outflow holes(11a,11b,11c) connected with the outflow ports; a body(20) coupled to the lower part of the cap and hollowed inward to penetrate in the longitudinal direction of the body, and provided with an inlet(25) to let the outside air in; a plunger(30) inserted to the hollowed inside of the body to move vertically with an electromagnetic field of a coil(71) and provided with an insertion groove to couple a stopper(50) and an assembly; a diaphragm(60) provided between the lower side of the cap and the upper side of the body and fitted to the outer circumference of the plunger to restore easily to the original position after vertical movement of the plunger and to prevent the leakage of air pressure inside the cap and the body; a bobbin(70) provided to the hollowed inside of the body to insert the bottom of the plunger and provided with the coil on the outer circumference to generate an electromagnetic field if an electric current is applied through a terminal portion(21) of the body and to move the plunger upward with the electromagnetic field.
