PURPOSE: A camera module and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a housing from becoming separated from a first substrate. CONSTITUTION: An imaging device(101) is mounted in the upper side of a first substrate(102). A housing(130) is arranged in the upper side of the first substrate. A lens is arranged inside a lens holder(120). The lens holder is combined with the housing. A second substrate(160) is arranged in the lower side of the first substrate. A hole(103) of the first substrate passes through the upper side and the lower side of the first substrate.
