PURPOSE: A cooling structure for an electric motor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A stator(10) includes a plurality of concave parts and convex parts which are formed on an outer circumference. A housing includes a plurality of flow paths having a concavo-convex shape. The flow paths are formed on an inner circumference of the housing and correspond to the concave parts of the stator. The housing has a cooling water supply unit for supplying the cooling water to the flow paths.
