PURPOSE: A molding device for insert embedded type foaming product is provided to precisely an insert on one side of a foaming product by preventing the permeating of bead resin between an insert and core mold. CONSTITUTION: A molding device for insert embedded type foaming product comprises a cavity mold(30) and a core mold(40). The cavity mold has a base(32) and a cavity portion(31). The cavity portion caves in the base. The core mold has the base and a core portion(41). The core part is projected to the outside of the base. An insert(61) is attached to one side of the core part. A projecting edge is formed on the inner and outer periphery of the core part of the core mold. The projecting edge is formed according to the shape of the core part.
