ROUTING PROTOCOL METHOD OF BASED HIERARCHICAL CLUSTER FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS

PURPOSE: A hierarchic cluster-based routing protocol method for a wireless sensor network is provided to set data transmission path by checking bit information of a destination address. CONSTITUTION: A relative distance between a cluster head and a sensor node is measured through a probabilistic filtering scheme of a RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) value(S1). The cluster head hierarchically allocates an address to a sensor node(S2). Through the distance measurement information, a clustering is formed(S3). An local path from the sensor node to the cluster head and a global route form the cluster head to an external gateway(S4).
