PURPOSE: An anti-static hard coating film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a polarizing plate and a display device using the same are provided to form simultaneously a hard coating layer and an anti-static coating layer by performing a single process. CONSTITUTION: A double slot die(100) includes a first die(110) and a second die(120). Each of the first and second dies includes hoppers (111,121) and outlets. An anti-static coating composition is supplied to a hopper of the first die. A hard coating composition is supplied to a hopper of the second die. The anti-static coating composition and the hard coating composition are outputted and hardened at the same time so as to form the hard coating layer and the anti-static coating layer on an upper surface of a base material.
